#ILoveJKRowling #IStandWithJKRowling As a British man of 31 years old I grew up with Harry Potter, the first books I fell in love with. Inspired me to read more and massively influenced my school life for the better. A light and escape i very much needed in a dark childhood.
Without you Jo I doubt I'd have made it to uni as I didn't have any passion whatsoever for reading since I'm dyslexic, I was always the last at school to finish your books but loved every second. From that I had the courage to apply my self to academics and study harder.
And above all else gave me a shot with a girl far out of my league by making too many references once I learned she loved your mythical world who I'm still with to this day. Very grateful to have you in this world as a writer and now modern day feminist. Keep it up stay strong.
The world needs you @jk_rowling I know this cause growing up with my parents arguing non stop in an abusive house you gave me light and hope for a better life I now have. Thanks for all the laughs and tears.
