Some facts:

- When SC allowed Italian Marines to go home to vote in 2013, Italy refused to send them back. UPA govt restrained the Italian ambassador from leaving India forcing the Marines to come back

- In 2014 & 2016 Modi govt allowed both to go home on “humanitarian grounds”
During the 2014 election, in his trademark disgusting manner, Modi targeted Smt Sonia Gandhi & INC over the “Italian” Marines incident & promised to ensure justice.

After winning, he not only sent them home but also NOT A SINGLE INDIAN LAWYER represented India in this case

On PM CARES ventilators scam, @HuffPostIndia today reported that AgVa ventilators (of which PM CARES has ordered 10,000) fudged their software to hide their poor performance.

This ventilator was rejected this week by major Mumbai hospitals.

But wait - IT GETS MURKIER!

On 5 Mar, govt-owned HLL Lifecare issued a tender for procurement of ventilators.

This tender was amended a number of times.

On 27 Mar, an amendment was issued which made 2 conditions:

(a) co. should have EU/US FDA approval
(b) co. should have a service centre in Delhi.

Suddenly, 4 days later, on 31 Mar, it turned out that the Modi govt. had already placed orders for 40,000 ventilators.

Of these, 30,000 were to be produced by Skanray-BEL & 10,000 by AgVa healthcare.

Neither of these 2 cos. had EU/US FDA approval as the tender required.

Merely a coincidence:

The bike which Hon’ble Chief Justice is riding has registration number CG05BP0015.

The bike is registered to Rohit Sonbaji Musale, son of Sonba Musale who is a BJP leader from Nagpur & was their nominee in the 2014 Assembly polls from Saoner.

Small world.

According to a US Govt report, Sabnani was a close associate of terr0r outfit Hezbollah's "Treasurer" Assad Ahmed Barakat & was in-charge of raising funds for him.

Sabnani,it is alleged in the report, served as middleman for fund-raising between HK Mafia and Hezbollah.
