It happens when semen goes backward instead of forward
The semen goes backward into the bladder( where urine is stored) instead of forward into the penis at climax
Ideally, nerves & muscles of the bladder should close during ejaculation.
In Retrograde Ejaculation, they open & allows semen to go into bladder instead of penis.
So even if sperm is normal, it is not reaching the vagina & eggs @aproko_doctor
