When self improvement becomes your preferred form of entertainment,
You’ve reached escape velocity.
If you’re pursuing wealth to buy anything other than Freedom,
You’re just a slave seeking a new master.
Hate yourself enough to want to change.
Love yourself enough that you’ll actually do it.
You can make the decision to change your life any day.
But to actually change your life you must make that decision every day.
Ignore your body when it tells you what it wants.
Listen to your body when it tells you what it needs.
Wisdom is knowing the difference.
Discipline is doing it.
Imagine that you are going to die tomorrow.
Pause for a moment and really let it sink in.
Now close your eyes and think of all the things you regret not doing.
This is your new To-Do List.
Get started.
Don’t show me your degree.
Show me your bookshelf.
Most people attempt to live two simultaneous lives:
1. Their actual life.
2. The life they want others to think they're living.
Authenticity is simply letting go of the 2nd.

The lessons of the past are the cheat codes for the future.
The worst days of your life will almost always turn out to be the catalysts for the most valuable lessons & transformations you’ll ever learn & undergo.
Surround yourself with people who get as excited talking about the future as average people do about the past.
Nearly every great Man from history started out with less than you have today.
Most people go their entire lives without ever meeting the most important person in their lives: Themselves.
Funny how people travel the world attempting to find themselves amongst the crowds of foreign lands when the best place to do so is in the silent solitude most often found at home.
Knowledge is collecting dots.
Insight is connecting dots.
Wisdom is seeing the images the connections produce.
Doctors don’t make any money from heathy people.
Dieticians don’t make any money from healthy people.
Pharmaceutical companies don’t make any money from healthy people.
Therapists don’t make any money from healthy people.
Think about it.
Average People’s Life Philosophy:
1. If it tastes good, eat it.
2. If it feels good, do it.
No wonder they’re so easy to manipulate.
When you desire wealth more than you desire comfort, you’ll become wealthy.
When you desire health more than you desire comfort, you’ll become healthy.
When you desire freedom more than you desire comfort, you’ll become free.
Comfort is the enemy of all of your dreams.
If you really didn’t care about what that person said, you wouldn’t react at all. It wouldn’t even move the needle.
It’d be like hearing a conversation in a foreign language: You hear words but the content is meaningless. Claiming that you don’t care proves how much you do.
What’s the most valuable lesson kids aren’t taught these days?
“Figure it out.”
To average people: 30 years of reading books is indistinguishable from genius. 20 years of disciplined investing is indistinguishable from winning the lottery. 10 years of heavy weightlifting is indistinguishable from “steroids.”
Hard Work+Time looks like Luck to the lazy.
If you think the things they did in the name of the old religions were bad,
Wait until you see what they’ll do in the name of the new religions.
The crabs in the bucket dislike the crab that tries to escape.
But their deepest hatred is reserved for the escaped crab who reaches back down to help the others.
