#Shaily Engineering plastic, CMP 375 concall interesting updates( I am not including results)
1- New carbon steel plant will start soon ( capex 55 Cr )
2-successfully added a new customer in the home furnishing segment and also added a new subsegment wherein client is Spinmaster.

Spinmaster is one of the top global toy manufacturer.
3-Exports during Q4 FY2020 stood at 68.4% and for FY2020 stood at 69% of the total revenue.
4-From Carbon steel plant company expect 30% to 35% of utilization on the current year.( around 35cr business)

5-company expect strong growth in pharma business-its pharma business consist of drug delivery system like insulin pen , Child resistant caps , and many other .
6-improvement in margins on the back of higher numbers coming from the healthcare segment.

And company expects it will continue in coming years
7-Currently 13 or 14 insulin pens under development for different customers,( Shaily is a one of the 8 supplier of insulin pen and customer are like sanofi and wockhardt )

8-revenue contribution from IKEA is 55% -60% of Shaily’s overall revenue, now growth coming in both healthcare and toys over a period of three years they expect ikea revenue to come down to level of 45% -50% of total sales to reduce customer concentration risk
