@Bankers_United @TheOfficialSBI @DFS_India Appeal FM Nirmala Madam to introduce Bankers protection bill at work places. Hundreds of assault on bankers are being reported. Many go unnoticed. Bank Management are very unsupportive and fearful/ no guts to face at ground.It will be many fold after COVID epidemic.
Many petty corrupt politicians/ Dallas became very active to dupe people for loan on commission. Trying to create pshycofear among bankers for sanctioning unfit loans.Dist Adminstration & police acting on direction of bosses/ politicians and busy to please them. The RBI/ IBA/
BankManagement/ Unions are deaf/ Dumb / blind to bankers plight. They are underpaid & overstressed. No family life and high risk corona infection category. If FM/ PM will not introduce the protection ordinance then total unrest of bankers will be there. @nsitharamanoffc ,

ICICI Bank has decided to reward over 80,000 of its frontline employees with a salary hike of up to 8%,sources said today.These employees form over 80% of its overall workforce and the decision has been taken in recognition of the services rendered during the COVID- 19 pandemic,
the sources told . The hike of up to 8% is for the fiscal year 2020-21 and applicable from July onwards, the sources said.
