What percentage of permanent staff in secure/management positions at the NT are POC? In a meeting on 06/07 Alex Baley, head of Audience and Marketing said: “we realise a lot of the diversity lies within casual contracts and it's very, deeply regrettable”

Redundancies during this time are regrettably unavoidable, but what is the National Theatre doing to put in place systemic change in order to increase diversity amongst its staff? Should the National Theatre be allowed to retain NPO status otherwise?
