1/ Gaming out SCOTUS' decisions tomorrow (Mazars/Vance)

If the court denies Congress/NY State the ability to get DJT's tax returns, it will show it's a failed institution & the rationale to pack the court will be compelling

Also, Dems can still win the WH/Senate w/o the info
2/ Note, any sort of wimpy kicking the can to after Nov., or narrow absolution (like Bush/Gore or Trump v Hawaii, oyez.org/cases/2017/17-…) will show SCOTUS as broken

The case is so clear that it's disturbing it has taken this long to resolve it (I have little hope in Roberts)
3/ If SCOTUS allows us the tax returns then things get interesting for 3 major players: (1) low info voters (2) Senate GOP (3) MSM

The taxes will show his wealth is a sham. His 'rich' persona was actually the only rationale for his candidacy, w/o it his legitamacy will burst

All meaning comes from context; it's the first rule of semiotics

So, when a symbol is affixed to a salient context, that symbol's meaning will change

e.g if the police = the nice boys on Law & Order then = good guys

But if PD = DJT's goons & Chauvin, the connotation changes

Complaining about "Political correctness" or "Cancel Culture" is often by people who also don't understand that "no means no"
"It's just a joke" says a man who would actually *kill you* if he could when you tell him he's not funny
The worldview of the "reverse-racism" goons is solipsistic egotism (Literalism) where all observed behavior is presumed to be the same as the host. Since conservatives only complain in order to hurt another person (the Karen Principle), they assume all complaints are in bad faith
