Okay this is tiny bit complex so bear with me please.
First off, if anyone doesn't know most schools in the US are primarily funded through property taxes. Property tax levels are determined by the value of the property.

Nice houses, parks, freeway access, shopping access, entertainment venues, good schools, low crime, etc, raise property values right?

1) in the suburbs, primarily white in the US, because there's more money coming in, and a cycle of well off people bringing in more money and having more political power, suburban schools (primarily white) tend to be excellent institutions.

What's the solution? I don't know, I just know this is where we're at.
What most of you DON'T know about me though is that I'm disabled. I have a three foot cloud clot in my left leg permanently and can't work because of it.
