Actually to be clear they are part of a bigger company dixonscarphone.com/en
They provide very bad customer service in my experience for example ignoring direct messages for days and blaming COVID for everything.
Other companies like @ee and @Uber provide better customer service.
Website crashes, making promises and coming up with lame excuses on why they can't honour them.

Having low stock.
Responding to direct messages after days is not acceptable and saying that they are not a instant messaging service is not acceptable either.
If you want bad service go to them if not avoid this dreadful company.
