Thia time four years ago, the FBI/CIA/NSA of a Dem Admin were enlisted to spy on the POTUS candidate of the opposing political party largely due to a dossier that was funded by the same political party doing the spying. @MittRomney any comment?

informed his bosses in Australia who were SO concerned that they informed the State Depot which was SO concerned that they alerted DOJ which was SO concerned that the whole Intel Community started to spy by the end of July 2016 on Page, Manafort, Flynn and Papdo. You buy this?
The probability that the above triggered the Dem spying on a GOP candidate is very low, but that’s the storyline. @TeamTrump alumni say that they were approached by what turned out to be Human Sources well before that “chance” encounter between the diplomat and Papado.
Using the dossier was a fraud as is, but to inflate its worth in the eyes of the court, the @Comey FBI did not share with the court that it’s funded by the DNC/HRC. The application also inflated the trust that the Feds have in Steele. As a result, the court approved the FISA.
Both @JohnBrennan and DNI Clapper told Congress on the record in 2017 that they did not have any evidence at the time that they left office (6 months into this massive investigation) that anyone colluded with Russia even unwittingly! Moreover, the IG reported that in late 2016
the Obama Intel Community had evidence which suggested that collusion did not take place. IMAGINE THAT: They had evidence of a negative! No, no. Not lack of evidence that it took place. They had evidence that it probably did NOT take place!
It’s against this backdrop that @jeffsessions recused himself; instead of asking the DOJ for a status report. They would have not had the goods on collusion and thus there would be no need to recuse. It’s also against this backdrop that the Republican House/Senate opened three
collusion investigations which led to Roger Stone testifying in Sep 2017. At that time, multiple Obama hands had told Congress that they had no evidence of collusion (while suggesting differently on TV). Basically, there was no legit reason to call Stone at that time. Moreover:
Had Roger Stone lied about illegal acts, Mueller could have charged him on those underlying illegal acts. But there were no such charges because Stone allegedly lied about legal acts in an investigation that was opened on thin ice (“chance” encounter - if true), and it was
turbocharged by a gossip file that was funded by the same political party doing the spying, and the “hearings” which led to the lies continued despite everyone who ran the show knew that there is no there, there. @MittRomney thinks that prison should be served despite all this!
