The fact that the most prominent former strong advocates of medicare for all who are still in office or electorally viable are now speaking of healthcare in terms of "access" should tell you something I've been trying to get across for a little while now
You totally get that elected democrats provide performative opposition to republicans in order to perpetuate the illusion of democracy but wait till you find out elected progressives are doing the same thing with democrats
