The accuser's side says the former secretary was continuously sexually harassed by Park Won-soon for 4 years including lewd messages in a chatroom.
Accuser allegedly requested help from within Seoul City Hall, but was ignored. Her reps say she is now suffering from secondary damage following Park's apparent suicide.
Park Won-soon allegedly called the former secretary to the bedroom in his office, asking her to hug him. Also touched her knees with his lips. Would also allegedly send pics of himself in underwear to her in a secret Telegram chatroom. Accuser wants truth to be revealed.
"Park's death cannot cover up the incident or ban the victim from saying anything. This is a case in which a victim exists. Today's press conference is to prevent the victim's voice from going to waste."
