Wanted to give an update. Landed in USA July 8, 2020, called #SJPD Warrants & was told to appear in person to receive court date. Remember: warrant was NOT personally served & I have been out of USA for about 1 yr. [Continued]

Let me count the ways @SCCgov, @CityofSanJose & DA Jeff Rosen have failed.

1) I already called ahead of time but was told to appear in person at police dept. When I appeared in line, I was told to call again & to fill out paperwork. All of this could have been done online.

The problem w/ moving online is that when most cities allocate 50 to 70% of budget to public safety, there is a need to show gov employees r doing some work--even if the work exists as a result of deliberate inefficiency. So even tho I called ahead of time, I had to call again.

Then I had to wait while an employee typed my particulars into a template, something a 9th grader could do. (Or an online program.) In the meantime, I saw a deliveryman waiting for ~8 mins to enter building to deliver package. Another gov ee used phone outside bldg to let him in.

When another delivery appeared by USPS, a uniformed cop showed up to let him in, giving u an indication of how little work this dept's officers had today. Once again, no attempt whatsoever at efficiency b/c efficiency obviates the ability to demand more taxpayer $ for more jobs.

I'm still waiting in line, BTW. I finally go inside, show ID, & am told to wait again while an employee makes a copy of the form I sign. It takes 5 mins for the employee to give me the single copy. I am then told I have to appear AGAIN for fingerprinting at the same place.

So far, we have a potentially defective warrant b/c it was not personally served & served to a house in which I have lived sporadically for the past four yrs. I ask for a trial date ASAP. I am given Sep 28, 2020--3 months away for a trial that will take maybe 1/2 day.

So the gov has now restricted my movement for 3 more months without any consequence & has also failed to provide a speedy trial b/c the warrant was issued by Judge Cynthia Sevely on July 30, 2019--almost one year ago.

Even tho FBI, Sheriff's Office, & State of CA have my fingerprints, I am still required to appear again to have my fingerprints taken again. (As a basketball coach & member of state org, I was required to give fingerprints multiple times.)

Once again, no attempt at efficiency.

Note that almost every single gov office in Santa Clara County is run by Catholics; all California state agencies r run by Democrats; & police depts r notorious for nepotism to the extent that observers have called police jobs "Irish (Catholic) welfare."

Gov Gavin Newsom attended Notre Dame des Victoires & @SantaClaraUniv.

Mayor Liccardo attended Bellarmine H.S. & #SCU.

@sjpdchief Edgardo "Eddie" Garcia attended St. Francis H.S. The so-called "independent" auditor @SanJoseIPA Shivaun Nurre attended (Catholic) Presentation H.S.

SJ Council & SC County Supervisors haven't publicized their high schools online, so it takes some digging to determine whether they, too, r part of #Catholic network in Bay Area.

USA Sup Ct? Majority #Catholic.

Q: what would an unaccountable #theocracy look like if not this?
