Big news in same story too: McKinsey has been given a £800k contract for "Provision of Consultancy Services for Civil Service Modernisation and Reform".
The Cummings revolution has started.
Contract with @McKinsey started on 15 May 2020, ends
14 January 2021.
But info only published last night.
As revealed by @HSJnews , McKinsey has already been called in to review NHS Test and Trace governance.

Mark Adams chief executive of Community Integrated Care is clearly furious with @BorisJohnson for blaming care homes for covid deaths. Tells @BBCr4today PM has shown a "cowardly" "travesty of leadership" and now resorting to "Kafkaesque" rewriting of history.
His words are the most withering of any charity chief I've ever heard on the PM's handling of the pandemic.
@Keir_Starmer's #PMQs have just been effectively written. And probably Labour's attack ads.
Adams says 1.6m social care workers, "brave people on minimum wage often with no sickness cover", being blamed by the most senior politician in the country is "appalling".

One key question the PM has yet to be asked:
If you and ministers approved/endorsed Cummings' trip to Durham, why not widely publicise AT THE TIME the exemption that you thought allowed him to travel? So that other parents could act similarly?
The answer may be this: we didn't do that because we feared it would undermine the much simpler Stay At Home message.
And by widely publicise, I mean widely publicise. Ie make clear and *explicit* what those exceptional circumstances were (does the child or parent have this or that medical condition) so that parents could act accordingly.
