The report that the Board relied on was written by its president Dr. Ken Williams D.O. -- an osteopath -- and Will Swain of the extreme right wing public policy California Policy Center. Despite the list of names on the report's cover, no MDs contributed to the report.

So the board lied about the role of physicians in writing the report. It is a purely political piece designed to protect the president rather than serve the citizens of Orange County.

Every one of the physicians listed on the report have renounced it. The purpose of listing them was to create a lie for the dangerous plan.

Before I learned of this, I had denounced Dr. Clayton Chau for his seeming role in drafting the report. I was wrong and apologize. I know Dr. Chau personally and decry the misuse of his good name for the harmful, partisan attempt to expose the children of OC to #covid19.
