There has been a lot of focus on the Rights of Shri Padmanabha Dasas (Shebaits) in the discussions around SC Judgement but very little focus on the Rights of Shri Padmanabha Himself as a result of the historic SC judgement. This thread is an attempt to rectify this lacunae.
The findings of facts recorded by SC in its historic judgement which includes the legal "Thrippati Danam" dedication deed establishes beyond any reasonable doubt that after 1750 Shebait(Dasa) of Lord Shri Padmanabha Deity exercised Ruler Ship on His behalf
The further findings of fact which includes reproduction amended Sec 6 (4) establishes beyond any reasonable doubt that the covenant was signed by Maharaja as Shebait of Lord Shri Padmanabha Swamy Deity exercising Rulership of Deity by reason of minority

Executive could not control its desire to takeover the temple & gain control of its treasures and suppressed the truth that Lord Shri Padmanabha Swamy is Ruler Deity under Art 363 before the SC. It did not bring to light Travancore Constitutional position
Judiciary in violation of spirit of Dharma in its emblem has kept judgement reserved for over 14 months now in this case even though devotees thru grace of Ruler Deity had repelled above attempt of the Executive to takeover the temple by suppressing truth.
