to the artificial spike in deaths amongst our elders. (parents, grandparents & wisdom givers) /5

From the Italians we can see what was going on under the skin, have a look at these underlying conditions. /6
What can you tell?
(image - source thread ref /5 above)
At a glance we can quickly deduce the vast majority of this is related to metabolic syndrome,
a major issue amongst westerners due to our crappy diets.
Does this stack up? Appears could be.. /7
mayoclinic.org/diseases-condi….
So is there a strong correlation to metabolic syndrome and CV19 deaths / analysis. /8
well we find that in CV19 Vitamin D3 has a significant role.
medrxiv.org/content/10.110…
Does the correlation in D3 deficiencies CV19 match with metabolic syndrome?
Oddly enough - yes. /9 ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/P….
Could this explain some of those younger ones that did not die but have long term chronic fatigue?
- well its not in the head that's for sure /10
sciencedaily.com/releases/2015/…
but what about metabolic syndrome, and chronic fatigue..
you know the so called long haulers recovering from cv19
oddly enough - yes /11 sciencedirect.com/science/articl….
Now we're cooking on gas.
Did we ever know any of this? Perhaps after one of longest darkest winters? /12
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/P…
Is there any reason that this impacts the BAME community more than the bad white man?
yes /13
bmj.com/content/369/bm…
Did the medical community advise about this.
yes /14
anaesthetists.org/Home/News-opin…
What about respiratory illness and vitamin D,

yes /15
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/P…
and back to CV19
do we know about the vitamin D risks?
yes /16
studyfinds.org/study-patients…
cool, ok then go rushing out buy vitamin D supplements and chug them down your neck
- woah cowgirl... slow down - its not a vitamin /17
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/P…
it is a hormone,
so would you gobble down loads of hormones?
think first - then act.
hypercalcaemia, although very rare - still proceed with knowledge and care.

back to metabolic syndrome
lets take type 2 diabetes, which is sadly often self inflicted
its not bad news though it can be reversed /19
medicalnewstoday.com/articles/327390
what if your getting old, and your body isn't doing everything it should?
well strike us down, we can factually trigger HGH and this has an anti-aging effect /20
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/P…
sorry Norbert, going out and buying HGH isn't going to make you live longer
when introduced un-naturally, it can be detrimental /21
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/P…
what else,?
B12
Vitamin B12 deficiency is a common condition causing neurologic, cognitive, psychiatric, and mood symptoms influencing dietary habits reduces risks /22
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/P…

Something I've mentioned is the role of sugar as being critical in our diets we should reduce as much as possible.
Dr. Huber’s study on sugar intake in cancer patients was groundbreaking for being the largest and longest in humans
@ColleenHuberNMD /24
natureworksbest.com/wp-content/upl…
Science shows us people who are most at risk to sucumb to current disease threat those with comorbidities eg obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease
(ie sugar burners and metabolically inflexible)
this is a dietry problem and something you control /25
fortmyerschirostudio.com/2016/02/18/a-v…
so how does this relate being metabolically flexible?
It is key to disease prevention..
/26

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/P…
so what am I really saying?
covid-19 is not something to fear if you're healthy
but if you have any doubts - try to achieve this.. /27
