7 steps to take

To make sure your cold emails NEVER land in spam

👇📩
1. Send from a domain connected to G Suite.

This will give you G Suite's DKIM and SPF records.

Basically keys that allow you into other email service providers' inboxes.
2. Warm your domain up before sending.

You cannot just buy a domain and insta blast hundreds of emails.

Sign up for newsletters, email a bunch of friends and have them reply, and start sending slow.

No emails first 7 days.

Next week 5/day.

Next week 10/day.
3. Inside your signature, include:

Name
Company
Phone
Address
Email

Spammers don't include this. Doing so will increase trust.
4. ACTUALLY don't be a spammer.

That means personalizing the first line of every email.

Nothing is going to stop you getting marked as spam if your prospects are actually clicking "Mark as Spam."

So send relevant, personalized emails in the first place.
5. Use Lemwarm.

This is a feature from a cold email sending tool called Lemlist.

Lemlist is garbage. Terrible user interface. Follow ups don't reply in the same chain. It's shit.

Mailshake is superior. It's all I use.

But I DO pay for Lemlist to use Lemwarm.
6. Send less emails.

I absolutely promise you do not need to send 200 emails per day.

If your appointment set rate is THAT bad

You need to work on *personalizing better*

Not sending *more* of what's already not working.
7. Test your angle.

The "angle," or what you're actually *saying* in the email, will determine your reply rate.

Higher Reply Rate = More Engagement = More Trust

Your reply rate should be 15%.

If it's below that, test a new angle.

Keep testing until it's 15%.
