A story card is not a story. The card is a placeholder that you use for planning, but the story is an ongoing conversation. Cards come out of conversations, you have additional convos to fill in enough detail to get started at the beginning of the iteration. 1/4

One key concept is "last responsible moment." Have the conversation just as you need the information. If you have to write it down, you're probably doing it too early. 3/4
If you find yourself putting "requirements" and explicit details into Jira, you're just doing waterfall up-front design. The conversations are happening too early. A PO sitting alone at a computer, typing stuff into Jira is a red flag. 4/4
