On the origins of this meme with missing apostrophe. Using Tin Eye Reverse Image search, (which everyone should use. It's free!) I have traced it earliest to Twitter July 8, where it appears with the watermark @JOHNLUNDIN. I have sent him a DM asking if he created it. 
Update: @johnlundin "can't be messaged." The mystery of the meme's origin ends there. NB. If you see a signature on a meme, don't remove it. PS: If you do want to publish that meme and you're into punctuation of omission or possession, please post my amended version. It's fun!
PPS: Should I now do a further version of the meme crediting @JOHNLUNDIN? I strongly believe authorship of something should be acknowledged. If someone goes to the trouble of creating something, this act should be discernible. Intellectual property rules! #whodunnit?

Further investigation: "A mask is not a political statement. It's an IQ test." I have traced the phrase to @JOHNLUNDIN Tweeted on June 24. I replied, informing him of the journey of his meme, asking if he would like attribution. Let's wait and see.
