What actually needs to happen if we are to have any sort of economy left is for you to:
1. Start telling the truth about the low number of cases and the low risk of the virus to the working population;
2. Encourage people to use public transport; and to
3. Get back to work.
This relentless propoganda and deceitful fear-mongering about a ‘second wave’ is doing precisely the opposite. It isn’t so much fiddling on the sidelines but stoking Rome’s fires. Apparently you understand classical allusions.
Meanwhile, we learn in this study by a number of academics from distinguished Scottish universities that those treated as having the virus now may have had it stopped being infectious ten weeks ago:

A message to all shops. Please circulate.
The mask regulations have not been published but will contain exemptions for those with a disability or for whom masks cause ‘serious distress’.If you refuse entry to disabled ppl you are prima facie liable to them under the Equality Act.
Any person refusing a service or to sell a product to a disabled person by reason of their disability is liable to that person unless they have a statutory defence.
That they haven’t told you is unlikely to be a defence. By the nature of their disability, some with depression (etc) will be reluctant to tell you about it. Indeed, being asked is in itself likely to exacerbate their symptoms.

I appeared last year in an inquest. A motorist had sadly died on a roundabout.
The concern of the Coroner, naturally, was the effect of the road design, traffic lights, signage and sight lines on this motorist and the effect they may have had on his death.

And yet....
There are others who use or are affected by roundabouts. Pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists. Each have different needs. Each are exposed to different risks. Each may be affected by small changes to the design, the signs, the sight lines.
Those changes may lead to fewer crashes and fatalities for one group, yet increase the risks for others. Each requires careful consideration, and *balancing* those benefits with those risks.
