Seems like listing "value not readily ascertainable" on so many deals with partners in foreign countries like UAE, Turkey, India (and in the US) is a good way to mask how much these partners are paying Trump.

To clarify - these are not values places on assets or properties that Trump owns. These are management and licensing deals (e.g. licensing Trump name). From the few Trump contracts I've seen published, payout amounts are detailed in contracts and can be up to a few million a year
Here's one of the few Trump licensing agreements I have seen from 2006 for the failed Trump Ocean Resort Baja Mexico - the agreement is incredibly favorable to Trump, who gets several fixed payments and other variable payments based on unit sales

The financial form lists the income amount in far right column (as a range or number). But imagine the scenario of a contract negotiated (or renegotiated) during the election or after, and a partner included a big payout in year 4 or 8 to curry favor - that value wouldn't show up
