I am in the Laurelhurst neighborhood, with a crowd that has just departed its eponymous park. The crowd voted earlier about which location they wanted to march towards. We are currently underway.
Interesting aspects of the march so far:
1. Speeches were given outlining what folks saw as the best targets for protest in the area
2. People physically sorted themselves into groups to vote
3. Short speeches were given by folks in different groups explaining their pick

After giving speeches, members of the crowd ran around in circles, cheering and whooping and trying to psych themselves up in as close to mosh style as the plague will allow.
The crowd has arrived at the Multnomah County Sheriff's office, which also doubles as a precinct.
A small number of police are present. One of them heads up to the ACLU observers.
The ACLU observers just told me the officer approached to ask them to exit the property. They told him they were not required to do so due to the federal injunction.
For now, the crowd chants and the police stand there.
This officer is maskless, despite this being a violation of state law at the moment.
There are rumors in the crowd that one officer is filming, in violation of the injunction currently against them. They have placed a squad care shining its brights behind him to try and obscure what he is doing. Fortunately this camera is able to capture his tripod. 
And here we see a sniper on the rooftop.
"Look to your left. Look to your right. One of those cops beats their wives!"
The police reinforcements are en route.
A conversation with the police.
"Why are you racist?"
"None of your business."

The first LRAD warning. They threaten people with arrest if folks enter the SE Precinct. As of yet, I have seen no one attempt to enter.
And with no additional warnings or evidence of lawbreaking that I can see the Sheriffs have declared this an unlawful assembly. A huge number of riot cops have assembled by the vehicle pool. The unlawful assembly was declared as soon as these reinforcements were ranked up.
