Opposition Playing Politics over Kalbhushan Yaduv Issue, Accusing Pti of Facilitating The Indian Spy Caught by Pakistani Security Agency,accused of Espionage.

During Trial under Military Court of Pakistan, Kulbhoshan Yaduv gives confessional statement admitting to charges of Espionage against Pakistan for RAW.

10th April 2017, Kulbhoshan Yaduv was sentenced to death by a Field General Court Martial in Pakistan under the Pakistan Army Act.

Same day Kulbhoshan Yaduv was sentenced to death, The CO-Chairman PPP @BBhuttoZardari opposes death sentence reiterating Party’s “vision” against the Capital Punishment even though for a Spy working against Pakistan’s National Security

It’s important to mention, Nawaz Sharif The Then Prime Minister,during his Speech at UNGA 2016 few months after Spy was caught, allegedly expunged Kulbhoshan Yudav issue and the Operative’s involvement in Balouchistan,deliberately.

Pti however, Contrary to Opposition’s claims of facilitating the Operative, had no qualm in naming & shaming the Spy despite edited versions by International Media terming Yaduv as the Culprit, acknowledged by local Media House.

Finally India’s stance was rejected by the ICJ of releasing Yaduv & handing over to Indians, however the right to appeal against the decision as per Pakistan being signatory to Vienna Convention was granted.

The decision was welcomed by the Prime Minister & MoFA as it upheld Country’s Position of dealing with cases related to Espionage.

Now that Pakistan needed an amendment to address decision by ICJ, hence an Ordinance was issued, blocking Yaduv’s right to appeal in ICJ if no right to appeal was given in Pakistan. The Ordinance is Published in Gazzette & is no secret as implied by @BBhuttoZardari

PML-N leadership despite being unable to stay vocal on issue when in Government also Politicising issue,misleading their vote bank contrary to their claims of ending Political Practise leading to Political Point Scoring Only.

Nawaz Sharif was the one accused of going soft on Indians offensive Policies towards Pakistan to which,no denial has been surfaced till date by Pmln yet they have the audacity to Fib off & on the floor of National Assembly. A norm for Pmln & Allies

Now That Law Minister has clearly explained the reason why This Ordinance was needed, one can only hope Opposition will not Play Politics on the issues they’re incapable to handle as well as pertaining to National Interest.
