You see it in EVERY professional organization. Y'all mad at DiAngelo? You should get up on Ruby Payne. Her whole schtick is a culture of poverty for orgs workbook.
Google "hidden rules of class" and look at the list of organizations that have adopted it.

They're teaching this in socmed, teacher training programs, criminology, school leadership, business leadership, seminary, society of Human Resources management. it is EVERYWHERE.
And I have never ever ever read a truly serious investigative piece on this woman or her work. It is phenomenal.
