No ruling on the missing signature issue (yet)
.@CarolynBMaloney in a statement applauds the decision... but criticized @surajpatelnyc for giving President Trump cannon fodder through this process, and calls on him to resign because even with this ruling his deficit (3000+) is insurmountable based on ballots impacted.
