From the the official register of a Spanish province. It reads:

"I remind you that the infection is spread through small droplets of saliva expelled while speaking, coughing, etc. close by, if they're breathed by those surrounding a sick person.

Keep open all day long the windows from rooms where people sleep, and ventilate frequently areas where people stay during the day. Spend as much time as possible outdoors, because fresh air, water and light are the best disinfectants in this situation.

Keep your mouth clean as much as possible, and in one word, follow the advice of your doctor and ignore the ignorant people who invite you to drink alcohol or consume tobacco as preventative measures, since their effects in this situation only make it worse.

What struck me is how nearly every piece of advice is still relevant today, including the calls to avoid the ignorants. A full century later.
