Any or all states ( bodies claiming to govern ) that make legitimate critique or questions regarding matters of 'policy' an act of terrorism are on the verge of becoming failed 'States '.

portions of the electorate must seriously cause the observer to ask " What role does government see for itself ?" Failing to be of beneficial service to the community as a whole , disengaging or again replacing service providers with profit driven models calls into question /4

into question the role of 'Western Style ' Democracy that has evolved since the 1870's in Europe and the Americas.
Seeking power for the sake of power , blame shifting and constant diversion from everyday problems highlights this failing state syndrome .

in Australia where the behaviours of certain political leaders can only be described as self serving and driven by agenda that have not been made public and in fact seek to be kept out of the eye of the public in the national interest. What defines 'National Interest ' ?

What is of serious interest to ordinary people and that which impacts on their quality of life ? Governments that failed to grapple with the very basics of social infra-structure relying on seriously flawed private institutions and support services with their /8

... own agenda ( often a more Global one ) are at risk of becoming redundant .
To be replaced by corporate interests and governance coordinated by complicit middle management types ?
