"Who's ready to raise some hell tonight?" a person with a megaphone asked, prompting cheers. The crowd of about 200 gathered at Floyd Light City Park plans to march to PPB's East Precinct any minute now.

Chanting outside. There were a bunch of paper hearts expressing support for police taped on the plywood, but a couple people promptly tore most of them off. Lasers are being pointed at security cameras.
The security cameras are getting spray painted.

They didn't have much luck breaking in so now they are barricading the doors.
PPB telling people to disperse immediately via LRAD. Warning of use of force. Crowd chanting in response.
PPB just declared riot. Warning of tear gas and impact munitions if people don't disperse.

Officers pushed everyone back. I believe they launched tear gas (last night it was just smoke)

Pushing people east on Stark. Lasers are being shined at officers who have shot some pepper balls in response.
Police fell back. Crowd following back toward precinct.
Back at the precinct where police taped off the road. I was here earlier when they did that and heard an officer say something about a suspicious package.
Crowd came back to 106th and Stark. Police reminding them its a riot and pushing them east again.
