There's no reason to vote for them.
If you haven't already been hammered by austerity, you're probably about to be hammered by an absolutely brutal post-Covid recession. In that context, Starmer basically agreeing with the government on pretty much everything offers no real incentive to vote Labour.
If you voted Tory last year, why would you change? Sure, the Tories have caused thousands of deaths, but Labour aren't saying this. They're just dancing to the Tories' tune on almost everything while continuing the infighting that put many off.
If you want protection for landlords and small businesses, scepticism about BLM and trans rights etc, there's a party that isn't led by the guy who spent years trying to flout what you probably voted for regarding Britain's relationship with the EU.

Likewise if you're skint and in increasingly precarious employment, and looking for a response to the crisis that protects or even improves your material conditions without penalising others along heavily racialised lines, what has Labour done to signal they'll offer that?
Yes- Blair's brutal treatment of Major has been completely memory-holed, and the only people subjected Starmer's ruthless streak have been Jennie Formby, Rebecca Long-Bailey, COU staff, trans people and BAME people.
There you have it- Starmer's strategy is to appeal to Cold War liberals, who have a deafening media presence but probably number in the thousands. Another example of the steadfast refusal of liberals to accept how unpopular their failed politics is.
