For example, the trader enters the description of the product and the system tries to provide a product code lookup.

On one hand, there is a bit less of a need for new, non-existing tech, on the other this comes with its own challenges

Seems that TSS will be more of an interface for CHIEF/CDS (current customs systems).
It will be used to clean, collect and sort customs data from different sources (emails, documents etc). It will scan for the needed info.
