Would @SecNorman and all residents of KS like to know exactly how this chart was manipulated? I recreated it exactly based on the paper screenshot

Someone intentionally did this:
- Change Series Chart Type to Custom with Masks on Secondary Axis

- Manually changed both axes:
--Set Lower/Upper bounds to 15/26 for Masks
- Set Lower/Upper bounds to 4/15 for No-Masks with Major Units set to 2

AZ Case Positivity: 7/27/20

- Serology/Antibody (AB) Positivity ended last week at 14.9% (peaked at 15.0%)
- PCR Positivity finished at 12% for last week. Down 8% in 2 weeks
- 27.7% of last week's ELR Detected Cases from were Antibody Positives (1,385 out of 4,999)

- AZ peak test positivity and infections occurred ~6/30
- AZ is now finding many less active COVID infections
- Only 12% of PCR (viral) tests are positive (21% peak)
- Antibody test positivity has increased rapidly and now exceeds PCR test pos%

AZ Case Positivity: 7/26/20

- Antibody (AB) Positivity up 14.6% -> 15.0%
- AB Positives as % of Total Cases up 29.2% -> 29.9%
- PCR Positivity still 13% (AZDHS doesn't give decimals unfortunately)

Lots more detail to give here regarding "new" Cases and Tests reported each day. Look at how today's break down

- New Cases Reported: 1,973
- New Tests Reported: 11,379 (9,494 PCR / 1.885 AB)

Case Distribution
- Last 7 Days: 791
- Prior 7 Days: 379
- 7 Days Before that: 816

Case peak still unchanged - it remains 7/2.

As cases get added to past dates, the quantity being added is filling in the curve but not changing the peak nor trajectory. Positivity is going down as new results arrive.
