I turned 36 earlier this year.

Had a bunch of blood work done including a hormone profile.

Here are my testosterone levels as a married man with a kid:
As you can see, my total levels are high (not quite 1000 ng/dL) but close.

Not too shabby for my age.

Of course, my free and bioavailable levels are not as high (meaning a good chunk of my testosterone is bound).

Nonetheless I feel GOOD.
Here are my blood lipids:
No issues here either. Triglycerides are really low. If I calculate my triglycerides to HDL ratio I'm well under 2 (.51) meaning I'm at a very low risk of heart disease.
How about insulin?

I eat A LOT of carbs (400-600g per day).

And here are my Vitamin D levels:
Perfect. The Vitamin D council recommend levels between 100-150 nmol/L year round.
Sharing this thread to encourage guys to track their blood work. Worth doing once a year just to make sure everything is in working order.
In terms of lifestyle and health - you don't need to do anything fancy to hit these numbers. I eat a whole food diet (don't restrict carbs or anything). I train daily. I don't really drink. I don't smoke. Simple stuff.
