State police superintendent confirms two bodies found inside vehicle, but says they have now "exhausted all search efforts in the areas around this wreckage, & based on sonar scans we firmly believe the [other] vehicles are encased in the superstructure & concrete" of the bridge

I’m not sure the average person is aware that total arrests are down 87% from 2005, and drug arrests are down 96%
What I observed over the course of a few months and in speaking with a wide range of sources is a department that largely focuses on process over results. Supervisors are not pushed quotas or grilled on crime, but instead constantly reminded about protocols and procedure

At Baltimore Police budget hearing, Councilman Costello says he represents the 'most diverse council district in the state.' "I hear the same exact thing from everyone. I am absolutely disgusted with the state of public safety in the city of Baltimore," he says.

Marilyn Mosby appearing before council for budget hearing after reports of accelerated departures from State’s Attorney’s Office. Says “for past 7 years, my office and prosecutors, I would argue, have been the only stability in this city”
