You just don't build giant databases of private material about people. They are too dangerous. For the same reason the US refuses to build digital databases of gun owners.

Therapy needs to be ephemeral, and records decentralized. (Like, a therapist notes in their filing cabinet are fine.) Policy people should get on it.
If you can afford it, especially if you are responsible for the well-being of others (reports, partners, children, ...), especially if it's a new circumstance, do get a therapist. Just maybe use Facetime or Duo.
