1. Warri port dredging completed
2. Calabar port received container vessels
3. Concrete road construction - Apapa - Oshodi - Oworonshoki expressway
4. Rail line from port - Lagos - Ibadan and dry port at Omi Adio
Two new ports in Bonny Island / Pessu.
Shipyard in Bayelsa, state of hero.
Coastal railway approval - Lagos - Portharcourt- Calabar with links in Benin, warri, Anambra.
- Marine bridge Apapa rehabilitation, bridge has been abandoned for years
- Apapa wharf concrete road
- Lagos / Ibadan expressway construction
If the previous government had done these things, Apapa issues would have been long gone. They couldn't get other ports to work, they also neglected Apapa port, neglected the infrastructure around it and turned NPA / NIMASA to their corruption hub

Leave Osinbajo alone.

Just a quick reminder
1. Nigeria does not print dollar bills
2. Nigeria earns forex through exports, FPI /FDI & remittances
3. With Covid 19 FPI will drop significantly
4. Oil which is our major revenue earner is now trading at a lower rate
5. The CBN must keep at foreign reserve at a particular threshold to make sure that we can at least finance 6 months imports - food, oil, machinery, raw materials etc.
6. The CBN also needs to supply foreign currency to keep the market steady and prevent inflation
7. Constant demand for dollars will continue to weaken the Naira if it is not matched by exports or production
8. The govt will be forced to devalue the currency if the CBN can no longer defend the Naira
9. There is no magic that can be done, it's simple economics..

Let me state that the total release may not be up to 60% of the money budgeted. Look at the money budgeted for stationery and fuel. Now you know the reason why police stations will ask for money to buy paper and fuel. This system is dead...
$1bn not $1m (correction)
Even when the money is disbursed, it hangs in the air and the commands rarely get the needed funds. We need to discard this federal police system and decentralise it. There is no way out of this mess.

A simple check on the Debt Management Office website will show the status of loans collected from China, when they were collected, projects, disbursement and the amount outstanding. Please check the loans collected by the Otuoke man, projects and disbursement. Sum it up..
Between 2010 and 2013 when Oil sold above $100 per barrel, when the economy was "booming". He took his begging bowl to China to seek for funds.
399 + 500 + 500 + 100 + 500 + 984 = $2.984bn

Name any project that was completed within the stipulated period?
Now check the amount disbursed and how much he paid back. Buhari inherited the projects, inherited the loans and the interest. Don't also forget that he got over over $500m from Abacha loot.
Sum up the loans that Buhari has borrowed from China = $2.5bn, check the disbursement
