Let’s just take a trip down the memory lane establishing Why the new Political Map & the implications but before that let’s just also refresh memory of Critics on New Political Map that the Pm has always been of the view the Kashmir Issue should be resolved as per UN Resolution. 
November Last Year Indian Government released New Political Map of India showing various Pakistani districts as Indian Territory as per their De Jure Claim. To which btw No Opposition Party of Pakistan reacted or The Media in General for that matter.

While beating drums Pmln & PPP howsoever claiming their unconditional support for Kashmir issue, Their leaders on the other hand are not only seen to redecule Pakistan’s claim but are also being quoted by Indian Media as their narrative on Occupied Territory.
Aide-memoire : 5th Aug 2019, India revoked Article 370 & 35A without any recourse to Kashmir people making material breach of the Instrument of accession,negotiations conducted in the Delhi Agreement, The UNSC Resolutions as well as their own constitution & judicial precedents
Now comes the interesting Part, after Pakistan announcing new Political Map, Indians are seen backtracking bypassing UNSC resolutions on Kashmir Issue,once again quoting UN resolutions on Kashmir, exactly something Pakistan wants India to give into.

Pm & FM welcome UN meeting on Kashmir,a session held contrary to Indian & Pakistan’s Opposition Party’s claims.

Indian Minister for External Affairs once again goes on defence rejecting Kashmir issue’s relevance to U.N. resolutions, needless to mention India has never been exposed on diplomatic fronts so conspicuously.

All those criticising PM’s move on new Political Map should realise this is not only to establish Pakistan’s “de jure” claim on Illegally Occupied Territories by India but also to bring India seeking solution on Kashmir through U.N. Resolutions.
India Abbrogating Article 370 left with one option only, that’s UN resolutions paving way for peaceful solution on Kashmir,critics however need to learn its a War of Narrative that grows in telling. Pm is adamantly highlighting issue globally that was consumed to personal gains.
Indians’ reaction on highlighting Kashmir Issue so loudly coupled with Pmln & PPP’s exposes their agenda,both metaphorically & literally,Pakistan however continues to approach UNSC for the peaceful solution.
It was only soon after unveiling Pakistan’s New Political Map, UNGA President elect announced to pay visit to Pakistan,postponed earlier for whatever the reason.
Prime Minister Pakistan once again refers to IIOK as a protectorate which is to be addressed as per UN resolutions.
His mediation offer gets attention in India,a state that’s been enticing bilateral talks on Kashmir,procrastinating talking UN Resolutions is somehow back on a push by International community,in & outside India,to come back on UN Resolutions,a Win Win Diplomatic war for Pakistan.
