💥Instagram Money Mindset

Mindset, and the way you view Instagram, is CRITICAL to your success on Instagram

📍 An Instagram account is an INVESTMENT, not a PROJECT

Just like any other investment, your Instagram business will take time and nurturing before you see results.

If you’re patient, you will have an asset that will pays your rent, bills, and more all by itself in a few months

The successful accounts are the ones who experienced the same:

👉 pitfalls
👉 bad days
👉 frustrations

As you but chose to stick around longer.

📍Your Instagram account is a STOREFRONT, not a personal promotion page

Your Instagram account is not about you

It’s about what you offer

👉 Knowledge
👉 Product
👉 Service

Feature those on your page and use Instagram as the top of your funnel

📍Instagram is optimized for businesses:

👉 Free business account
👉 1 billion active monthly users
👉 You dont need to be super creative or even 100% original (see why when when we talk about content)
👉 70%+ users who interact with business accounts

Essentially, Instagram offers:

👉 Business facilitation
👉 A tremendous audience
👉 Ease of Use
👉 Simplicity

Now, let’s talk about Instagram vs Twitter specifically

💥 Instagram vs Twitter

I don’t mean to bash on Twitter at all.

It’s an excellent money making platform (that’s why I’m here)

BUT

📍It’s reach doesn’t even come close to Instagram

Compared to 1,000,000,000 active monthly users, Twitter only has 330,000,000

📍And once you hit your stride, IG growth can be MUCH faster.

Take a look at the best performing money twitter accounts that have been around for less than one year

They might have several thousand followers

But on Instagram, one year is enough to go from 0 to 100K or more!

I’ve even seen some of the most well executed accounts grow to 250K in 8-10 months!

Unless you’re famous, that’s unheard of on Twitter

However, an important caveat:

📍Each follower on Instagram is worth less than each follower on Twitter

There are Twitter money accounts making full time incomes with less than 10K followers

You’ll need more than 10k followers on Instagram for the same type of 💰

📍On Twitter, you sell direct knowledge or your thoughts. On Instagram, you are PRIMARILY selling visual appeal, and knowledge is secondary

Don’t get me wrong, value is very important

But visual appeal is the priority. That’s why pretty faces and boobs make MILLIONS

📍Instagram is much more depersonal than Instagram

On Instagram, you are selling your BRAND and CONTENT before you are selling yourself

👉Brand: main point of contact
👉Content: main point of influence

We’ll discuss how personalization fits into the IG strategy on day 3

📍 Good, early content is 🔑

On Twitter, early growth is all about leaving good comments and networking

That’s true on Instagram - to a degree

Commenting on IG early on is more about getting eyes on your profile, and converting them with your content!

📍This means you need to have a visually appealing, valuable feed from DAY 1!

What if you don’t know how to make good content?

Or have the time?

Follow the rest of the threads to learn what to do 😉

📍Lastly, Instagram is easier to manage.

Content creation can take time (if you choose to manually create it without a good workflow)

And it can take longer to gain momentum

But once the initial investment is made, Instagram money can become very passive

📍Don’t ignore Instagram as part of your multiple income streams

Instagram is NOT just:

👉 almost porn
👉 the kardashians
👉 people flexing

There is REAL money to be made and thousands of people are earning their freedom by taking advantage!

If you’ve had success with Twitter money already, you’ve got a leg up.

Use what you’ve learned and apply it to a similar, yet different, platform and cash out!

And if you haven’t had much success on money twitter, Instagram might be for you! Especially if:

👉 you struggle with content
👉 aren’t a good writer
👉 struggle to show personality

Or you might learn a lot from your Instagram business and apply it back to twitter.

With that said, don’t give up on Twitter because of shiny object syndrome!

Only you know your situation, I’m just here to spread knowledge
