The left isn't smarter or tougher. They don't make better plans nor do they have better policies. They don't always "win". The only thing they have going for them is they tend to be relentless with their actions. Like a two year old throwing a fit, the left doesn't shut up.
They aren't on some cosmic arc of history, unless that arc ends in poverty throughout the world. They aren't capitalists. They lie constantly. They are hypocrites extraordinaire. They have no shame. They will always accuse others of their sins or try to make those sins non-sins.
I'm not sure why people say you shouldn't underestimate them. They aren't Einsteins. They should instead say you shouldn't ignore them nor should you give in to them. You don't give a two year old what he wants when he throws a fit, unless you want more fits.
Their polices may appear good at first blush, but they always end in complete and utter failure. It may take a decade or so but end in failure they will. To embrace the left is to take short term peace for long term pain.
At the end of the day, it's your call if you want to go down that road. As free men and women you all have the choice to decide how you want to live, for now. But, history shows time after time picking the leftward path never ends well.
