When I hear people say things like Boko Haram is supported by the Presidency, I am like: which Presidency?

A recent sticking point is the DDR program that was initiated by Pres Jonathan & continued by Buhari. I think the Buhari admin needs to consult the community & improve its communication on it.

I don’t suspect any President or those close to him of supporting BH. It’s just that they’ve all failed to defeat it. Let’s stop the conspiracy theories and face our common enemy: Boko Haram and criminality. To stop violence, we must all hold our hands together.
