@COsweda, question for you? Was thinking about the Beirut blast, and how straight up it was. Could all those dozens of cranes around the site have been there to bring weight to the site, you know, create a heavy 'soil compaction' ring around it in order to funnel the blast up?
I did some digging, and found photos of the port pre-explosion, and there were cranes, but, in none of them did I ever see literally DOZENS of them around. Each weighs, what, 30-45 tonnes? I even saw them in videos, on the other side. The weight would have kept debris out. 
Where am I going with this? Well, what if the ammonium nitrate atop the REAL payload (the rocket engines factory underneath that warehouse) was blackmail? It wasn't there for a weapon, it was there as leverage to hold the citizens of Beirut hostage to Iran/Hezbollah.
That's why so many fires and explosions in ports around the world right now—this was how they were doing it. Get control of a port, plant devices/explosives of some kind, and hold those nations hostage. Those strings are being cut and Hezbollah is being excised, like a tumor.
Something similar happened, actually, in the US, back in Feb, 2019—the 160th SOAR conducted a large helicopter raid down Wilshire Blvd, focused on the "Guatemalan House of Culture." Here's a screenshot of the special operators removing 1 of 2 payloads from the bldg, like this:
Here's the video, what do you think? The MSM reported the raid as "training," a clear cover story—as we saw with the Bin Laden raid, the special forces have entire fake towns out in the desert to practice on. They'd NEVER just "train" in downtown LA.
What was in that HVT, ex-filtrated in LA? A bio weapon? A Davey Crockett-type small nuclear device? Whatever it was, it justified an operation of over 400 of our best and most highly-trained special operators to go in, blow the doors, and bring it out, and remove it from DT LA.
I'm just spit-balling, but, I see: Strings cut. Blackmail removed. Shortly after this, Trump ordered the Port of Long Beach, then under China's control, be sold, which it was, to an Australian group. Fine. Australia. Not Communist. I assume they were vetted and all that.
The Beirut explosion was the best possible outcome. We will help you. We will remove the cancer for you. Here's the plan. We know we can't safely remove every rocket engine, defeat every booby trap in time. Here's the best we can do: Detonate, and plan for minimum casualties.
This is why we saw the mayor of Beruit, breaking down in tears in interviews over the deaths of the firefighters—he was briefed on the plan, he authorized the op, he knew everything was done possible to reduce the risk, but he gave the go-ahead KNOWING there would be deaths.

Freedom isn't free. I choked up, seeing his tears. What a patriot. He faced the monster that is Iran and the Deep State and won. He knows that Lebanon paid a heavy price that day. They've been hostages for YEARS. Now they have a future, without that monster on their backs.
Nobody's talking about the massive step forward the Beirut blast represents. And here's NatGeo, with their fluff-piece, "The deadly history of ammonium nitrate, the explosive linked to the Beirut blast." But, as you outlined, that wasn't ammonium nitrate.

Only one man would have authorized this op, and only one country could have given its operational and logistical support to making this possible. My bet is that Lebanon will be a different country and behave differently and more independently after this. Thank you, Mr. President!
