Kind of beautiful watching this intro with diverse faces that look like my America -- America, the beautiful.

My God -- the Democrats are knocking this out of the park. It is only 5 min in - and despite not being "live" and "in person together," I am literally weeping.

The format of this remote DNC is really well done; I am enjoying paying attention to what everyone has to say without the distraction of the crowds - just pure words, earnestness, and righteousness. What we call "pono" in Hawaii.

Happy to see Sarah Gideon -- hey Maine voters, hire her to be your new senator and fire Susan Worthless Concern Collins.

I giggled with Gretchen Whitmer referred to herself as "that woman." Great that she's reminding Michigan (and the country) that Obama-Biden saved the auto industry.

I am a partisan Democrat. I loathe the Republican Party, which is just an accessory to the horror of Trump. But I'll take anyone who puts country -- America -- first to say "I'm with Joe." Let's get our country back & we can fight about policy in 2021.

I like the pace of this remote DNC. It is snappy. Makes it easy to stay tuned into every speaker and stay attentive. This is really well done.

Are those the photos the four bombing victims behind Sen Doug Jones? Man- I know Sen Jones is facing headwinds to re-election but he's a civil rights hero. Now is a GREAT time to send him some $ love & help re-elect this good man.

If the Dems want to just air this kind of content all day every day until election day, I'm here for it.

The Klob is a good loyal Democrat. I love her clear advocacy for Joe Biden. I am a little sidetracked by the fact that i have watched the Klob so often, I recognize the top she's wearing with the blue suit.

It is really cool that all of Biden's former rivals for the nomination are speaking so highly for him. It is clear that Democrats are united & Joe Biden is the real deal. I love it when The Klob & Kamala bash Trump. Oh & The Booker is hot. (yes, I started drinking the wine)

Bernie is being very clear: "At its most basic, this election is about preserving our democracy." He warns against authoritarians & says he will work with all people, even conservatives, to save us. If the deadenders don't get the message, I don't know what will convince them.

"Nero fiddles while Rome burns. Trump golfs." - Bernie Sanders nails it.

In addition to the diversity of faces, colors, and races we are seeing tonight, we are also hearing a diversity of accents from across America and I love it all.

Michelle Obama will always be the best FLOTUS of my lifetime and just the sight of her, and hearing her voice makes me feel overcome. "The job is hard" she says of the presidency..."Being president doesn't change who you are; it reveals who you are." This is powerful.

I already know I need to re-listen to this speech by Michelle Obama a few times. She is softly yet righteously carving up Trump's lack of character into tiny little pieces.

Michelle Obama seems to grasp the sadness we all feel -- the depression and trauma and anger we are all carrying. Every word is channelling what we all feel.

Michelle Obama makes the case that Donald Trump is incapable of being president. Says "it is what it is." (I screamed when she said that). Says we have to vote for Joe Biden because our lives depend on it. And that's the God's honest truth.

The best FLOTUS of my lifetime is right: We need to vote in numbers that overwhelm the polls, so that no attempted cheating and suppression by Trump can overcome us. Put on your mask, pack a dinner, be willing to stand in line all night if you have to, she says. And she's right.

Michelle Obama is the voice of moral conscience in this country and this speech is phenomenal. I pity all those who will have to try to live up to this standard.

FYI: My Chardonnay is from California because west coast is the best coast.
