This is what we just experienced on Pleasants Valley Rd & Pleasant Hills Ranch Way. This fire is moving so fast! It seems like most people were forced to evacuate in minutes with little more than the clothes they wore to bed. #Vacaville #LNULightningComplex #kpixtv

This is a home burning off Pleasants Valley Rd in #Vacaville not far from Mix Canyon Rd. I have no idea how many homes were destroyed on the west side of Pleasants Valley, but it will be substantial. #LNULightningComplex #kpixtv

This fire burning north of #Vacaville reminds me of Santa Rosa in 2017. When people went to bed, the fire was miles away. The winds blew it over Mt Vaca & all of a sudden it’s right here. Middle of the night evacuations with a route out that looks like this. #LNULightningComplex

Diane ran in her nightgown almost a mile to the main road. When she started, she had both shoes on her feet. Now she only has one. Based on what I saw tonight, this will not be the only story like this. People literally ran for their lives. #Vacaville #LNULightningComplex

Another home burning NW of #Vacaville. You can hear a fire truck drive by, siren wailing. They are not stopping to fight fires. The ONLY focus is saving lives.
