This administration not joking with the deliberateness with which it’s supporting development of private modular refineries, to advance petroleum self-sufficiency & also contribute to development of the Niger Delta. Most ND States now have at least 1 completed/under construction.
.@NigeriaGov is supporting private investors with equity funding, through a special Fund managed by @OfficialNCDMB. 5,000bpd WalterSmith Refinery in Imo got a $10m equity investment in 2018; 12,000bpd Azikel in Bayelsa got financing in 2019. Duport in Edo is latest to benefit.
