Contrary to the attitude of his own government and @realDonaldTrump, the level of concern and offers of support for @navalny from the rest of the world is overwhelming. Offers of help came also from the Bulgarian doctors who in 2015 treated Emilian Gebrev, poisoned by GRU.
The Kremlin has waged a multilayered war on @Navalny for years, including a psy-ops type I haven't seen before. It could be described as "discrediting through false-flag endorsement". Several times Kremlin or its proxies have tried to "leak" false info that he is a Kremlin puppet
I first wrote about this 5 years ago. cgrozev.wordpress.com/2015/01/31/pro…. In that story, the Kremlin engineered a (false) leak that the Kremlin itself was sponsoring Navalny. In other words: the Kremlin knew it had negative reputation, and was trying to lend it to him.
More recently, the same trick was tried by someone who has an even deeper negative reputation: Yevgeny Prigozhin. DM's of his aides obtained by @dossier_center show he fabricated a secret meeting with Navalny - just to damage him by association. 
Navalny's team says a police representative told his wife they've discovered "a deadly substance that is dangerous for people near him...they need special clothing" but refuse to name the substance due to "secrecy of investigation".
His wife and his team arranged a medical plane from Germany but the local doctors are refusing to let him be transported, claiming that would be too risky for his life. Also, they say they doubt German hospitals are better than Russian ones.
