At a minimum, a press release saying that RPNM is opposed to breaking the law. At best, it would call out the DPNM and it's ED for such a set of statements that someone other than the voter, a household member or a care giver can deliver an absentee ballot.
A press release should also encourage poll challengers to make specific notes about notations on a delivered absentee ballot. State statute requires the notation of a person delivering an absentee ballot. Ballots without such documentation should be challenged by a properly
credentialed poll challenger. This is the answer for ballot harvesting in NM. There are 68 total people in the state of NM who are saddled with the responsibility of stopping ballot harvesting: the county chairs of each major party and the state chairs. One of those people
has already suggested breaking the law. Call her out. Ask your county chairs if they have a plan to deal with ballot harvesting. If not, contact me. I do. @UnrollHelper
