@SteveDeaceShow Serious props. You guys truly have my respect. Your mission of teaching Christians how to live by our beliefs is a worthy endeavor. We listen daily. Ever since your RedState appearance. TY. @DeaceProducer @DeaceOnline
My wife is an ADF attorney and preaches your messages to me every morning. Can't tell you how many times she cites you as the evidence of her positions on public policy are correct. Your book arrived yesterday. We have found some resources before you have presented them.
There are plenty of sources you l show us. We have an opportunity to use these resources in court. Thank you for the validation for what we know to be true. You personify my definition of knowledge: accurate information, properly acquired, diligently applied to a productive goal.

“I’m truly honored to have been chosen to serve on this important committee. I believe election integrity is the core issue moving into the 2022 midterm elections. Voters who do not have faith in the election process will not want to participate. It’s imperative that we restore
the voters’ trust in our political process. Fair and honest elections are key to helping our party win vital races and to improve the lives of constituents here in New Mexico and around the nation.” — Committeewoman Tina Dziuk…
We are expecting that Ms. Dziuk will be very interested in SB 454. A comparison of the recent GA election reform law show huge gaps with New Mexico's "comprehensive" overhaul. This will likely come up in the special session. No seriously folks. It won't just be about marijuana

#nmpol. Urgent problem has developed over election integrity issues. SB 48 just came out of Senate Judiciary with a Do Pass with amendments. It is a bad bill. R's caused this problem last special session and now they are making the mistake permanent.
Ok. The time has come. SB 48 went from 23 pages to a new bill with... wait for it... 146 pages now called SB 454. It codifies portions of the SB 04. Bad bills building on more bad bills. It now cloaks a portion of the election code. Really. Call ALL the Senators now.
Tell them to VOTE AGAINST SB 454. Cloaking devices? In the election code? Uh...yeah. How about clear language guaranteeing transparency? Umm....not here. What about the needs to make decisions at the lowest possible level? Ummm...nope. This bill puts more power

New Mexico governor spent thousands in taxypayer money on groceries, liquor, and dry cleaning: Report. Didn't Diana Duran go to jail for a month for behavior just like this? Wasn't it about this same amount of money? @HectorBalderas @pgessing #nmpol…
@koat7news @KOB4 @krqe Seems like there is a much bigger news story here. Why would @HectorBalderas prosecute Diana Duran for about $14k in misuse of donor and NOT prosecute @GovMLG for misuse of taxpayer money of about $13,500? Is it because of the source of the money?
Perhaps it's ok to misuse taxpayer money, but not donor money. Wait. No. It must be the $500 difference. At $13,500 you're ok, but at $14,000 you're over the line. Mmmm. Wait. Maybe it's because @GovMLG is the governor and Diana Duran was only the Secretary of State. Yeah.

So last night the Sandoval County Commission voted to support the formation of a public bank using taxpayer funds. Yeah. A Republican not only voted yes, Dave Heil sponsored the legislation. Yes tax payers money will be lent to those who can't get money at a private bank.
Think about this for a moment. There are banks in the state making loans to those with credit scores below 620. Taxpayers already supplement housing in SO MANY ways. I have seen loans where ACORN literally just added fake income to the loan application. And it got approved.
And yet we now have a Republican who says he wants to use your tax dollars to help those people who cannot qualify for a loan at a private bank. Dave Heil is not a fiscal conservative. Not careful with your tax dollars. Don't let him tell you otherwise. @threadreaderapp #unroll

1/6 Electors in 7 States Cast Dueling Votes for Trump… via @epochtimes Now the ball rests with @LeaderTownsend. It is your ball. I would ask the Senate of NM but they have hampered the election in NM. Good job @Pearce4NM.
2/6 We have plenty of people fired up and ready to support. Time to write to.... wait for it.... wait for it.... Ben Ray Lujan, Deb Halland, Martin Heinrich, Theresa Ledger and @Yvette4congress. Write those cards and letters. Talk about the fraud you saw in this state.
3/6 Talk about the unsupervised drop boxes. Talk about the fact that Maggie excluded poll challengers from meaningful access to the decision making points of the absentee balloting process. Talk about the fact that County Clerks agreed to change the rules mid election.

17 Nov 20… This post lays out a process. It does not follow that process to it's own logical conclusion. We need hand counts. That's how these other counties in MI, AZ and now GA have found issues. @NMSOSMaggie says she has no evidence of fraud.
Well, duh. She hasn't looked for it either. Watching a selected county's Canvass Board is more evidence that there has not been any serious efforts to examine what has happened in NM. It was embarrassing to see these folks ask questions. What I saw were leading questions.
As if there were efforts to NOT embarrass election officials. I watched a seasoned County Clerk attack the integrity of veteran. She literally said that this poll challenger had not read SB 04. @JohnforNM references SB 04 in the above article. And he is right about

Dem Congresswoman Says Party Will Be 'Torn Apart' if It Pushes Progressive Platforms: 'Don't Say Socialism Ever Again'. Please say that to our @GovMLG. She is turning NM int a petri dish for socialism. We are about to be redistricted into a permanent…
fight between which side of the Democrat party owns conservative districts. We have had all checks on election Integrity removed so that there cannot be faith in election results. The NM Supreme Court has sided with the socialist in NM. Our access to redress of grievances
through the Canvass Boards are closed meetings, as is the same for our Legislature. There is no way to record our grievances with our government. Our right to go to court was denied in a suit in the Primary. The government decided we did not need to be represented in that case

There's a saying in finance "Take care of the pennies and dollars will take care of themselves." That should be applied here. The group that should do the investigation is the local board of elections & the challengers on that board. But, as you know, challengers are excluded.
#nmpol @NMSOSMaggie Excluding challengers is a breach in electoral process. You failed us. You kept us from seeing where the real decisions were being made. The NM Supreme Court is equally guilty in their decision to support this intensely weak position. There is no redress of
of grievances. The CANVASS BOARDS need to be the place where we go to handle these problems. Sandoval County has a canvass board meeting Friday. Who's in? #nmpol @MMarcie2012 @ElectJayCBlock @abq_united @republibrarian @p_anaya75 @andstillkool @ABDforNM @JohnforNM @Rbaker4NM36

Election 2020 protests: Donald Trump supporters gather in Phoenix, Las Vegas; National Guard activated in Portland; 4 arrested in Denver. Watch where the challengers show up in this story. Same conditions of keeping challengers out by Maggie…
here in NM. We did not riot. Not really sure how to end this tweet because we do not seek a civil war. Our Supreme Court in NM sided with Maggie. Keeping the electorate out of the decision making is a SERIOUS breach in transparency. The Judicial System in NM failed to allow
for redress of grievances against the government. The RNC failed by not allowing these separate case to be properly developed in Sandoval County and Dona Ana County. State Party failed by restricting access to the press by county leaders. The government in NM is failing. #nmpol

Albuquerque | Democrats dominate 1st day of voting in Albuquerque area. Pretend for the moment the story is accurate. Is it possible that Maggie @NMSOSMaggie would want to discourage Republicans?…
She used to take my calls so that we could get accurate information. Those days are gone. We know she never shut down recruiting "volunteers". The last communication she and I had, she refused to answer the question of what these newly recruited "volunteers" would actually do.
So Maggie, tell us all: what are you asking these people to do? Can you prove these "volunteers” are not doing official duties of your office? Are you using tax payer resources to recruit, train or deploy these "volunteers"? You could have avoided the questions if

Chris Wallace says President Trump ruined his plans for a 'substantive' debate. I have not turned on #FNS since 2016 after @FoxNewsSunday's Chris Wallace's sloppy interview with Ted Cruz. There is so little value when the reporter/interviewer IS the story.…
#TurnOffFoxNews I did not like the debate, but I do understand President Trump's anger. I wish he had taken the opportunity to turn Joe Biden's childish jabs into true presses for equality. Trump was right about Biden's "super predator" comments.…
To be fair, Biden called young blacks predators. It was Hillary who used the phrase "super predators". Trump has done more for blacks than most.…

Voter Fraud Cases Emerge in Battleground States of North Carolina, Georgia Mr. Geoff Snider of Bernalillo County continues to delete comments on Republican Party FB page about election integrity. Recent efforts at a county meeting to engage on the issue
were met with derisive comments by Mr. Snider. I went to do the honorable thing to shake an opponent's hand and engage only to met with foul language and dishonorable responses. Even if you disagree that election fraud happens, it is no excuse to censor the discussion
on a public venue designed to deal with the issues and message of the County Republican Party. I have had multiple calls about how Bernalillo County Republican Party is ill prepared to monitor the integrity of this election. These concerns are not being addressed

Statistics show that Operation Legend, the federal initiative aimed at cracking down on violent crime in a handful of cities, is working. Authorities say since July federal agents have made more than 2,000 arrests in the program. Albuquerque is among eight targeted
crime-infested cities.

U.S. Attorney General William Barr has called Operation Legend “a sustained, systematic and coordinated law enforcement initiative in which federal law enforcement agencies work in conjunction with state and local law enforcement officials to fight

Statement by RPNM: “Today’s ruling is another disappointing setback in the call for equal protection under the law. The Lujan Grisham Administration’s ban on in-house dining is not supported by facts or science in any way and is arbitrary and capricious.
This is another example of the Administration exceeding its authority and the High Court accepting it. The ruling manifests the important need for change at the polls this November, including the judiciary.” This statement fails to mention the gravity of the damage caused
to Due Process. I watched the hearing. Me and 700 +/- of my friends. The attorneys who presented the case for the restaurants did a good job. They laid out the criteria in the law that the governor must follow when she finds a SICK person and how she is supposed to proceed to

21 Aug 20… So RPNM has a responsibility to address the comments from the DPNM. The ED of the Democrat Party is advocating (or at least suggesting) for Democrats to break the law. John does a good job at reporting. Now it is up to @Pearce4NM to confront.
At a minimum, a press release saying that RPNM is opposed to breaking the law. At best, it would call out the DPNM and it's ED for such a set of statements that someone other than the voter, a household member or a care giver can deliver an absentee ballot.
A press release should also encourage poll challengers to make specific notes about notations on a delivered absentee ballot. State statute requires the notation of a person delivering an absentee ballot. Ballots without such documentation should be challenged by a properly

Found this comment in a conservative blog, quoted in part. Seeking confirmation.
Now we have a huge development on our main road in Santa Teresa, NM, Country Club Road, and no one knows a thing about it!
Upon contacting Dona Ana County building services, they tell me..
“We don’t know what that is…That’s Sunland Park AND THEY’RE THEIR OWN JURISDICTION….”
I then ask them “You mean that they don’t need to undergo the county subdivision approval process before building some gigantic project??”

“Nope, no”, they respond.

“Well, yes, but they’re their own jurisdiction.”

ALBUQUERQUE, JULY 30 — The following is a statement from Republican Party of New Mexico Chairman Steve Pearce after today’s Public Health Order update from Gov. Lujan Grisham:
"Today the governor blatantly made the Public Health Order political. During her press conference, the governor denounced candidates for going door to door, taking away our freedom of speech and right to seek votes. The Democrats are running scared. Now the governor wants to
benefit their inactive candidates by outlawing campaigning! Yet she allows protests in the streets. Instead of addressing the real needs of New Mexicans, Gov. Lujan Grisham also blamed the Trump Administration and attacked Washington politicians for having no plan.

Be sure to ask your congressional representatives what they did to stop the Homeland Security bill. This is what it would have done, if it were to pass: Here are some of the worst provisions of the bill that was pulled from consideration:
1)Would have limited ICE detention beds to 10,000, compared to a recent high of 55,000.
2)Would have prohibited detention of families, all but guaranteeing their release and encouraging future surges of family units at the border.
3)Would have prohibited the removal of aliens who have been given Temporary Protected Status but have since lost it.

Ok. From time to time, I have to admit I was wrong. I have been critical of Rio Rancho City Council. And, I was wrong. I have said that the largest conservative city in New Mexico has a responsibility to be a part of the solution in regards to taking money for Corona Virus.
This critique is specific to the tone deaf responses of City Council during this "health crisis". Our Mayor, Gregg Hull, has continued to be a part of ever increasing debt measures. The newest council members have a documented history of weak financial decisions.
And therefore continued to pass new debt measures heralding these measures as great successes, showing the world that Corona Virus closing down businesses will not deter the debt train. I still stand by this portion of my critique. I have been a debt hawk for decades.

So.... I found this. Is this what we voted for?… @GovMLG Where is James Jimenez now? Is this what Voices for Children wants for the parents of the children? What happened to the leadership promised when MLG said "New Mexico is open for business."?
Not sure how to head this one off. Businesses cannot ignore these increases. I have seen way too many critiques of CPI and PPI to not look at indexes like the one above. Just thinking about how much we need to dig into economics of MLG. @pgessing @ABQJournal
The economic "press" in NM is just so disappointing. First, there were no serious efforts to ask questions about the impact of policy position in the gubernatorial race. None. And yes, that means you NAIOP and Mortgage Brokers and Bankers Associations.
