According to the ABQ Journal, Daniel Carr was arrested and charged with intimidation of a witness in the case of Steven Baca, who is charged w/ aggravated battery causing great bodily harm for shooting Scott Williams 4x, aggravated battery on two women. abqjournal.com/1488847/agents…
Carr claims to be a member of the III%, a far right extremist militia. It's unclear how he obtained the witness's home address. And apparently, this is not Carr's first time threatening people with a gun. 
Daniel Carr also asked if the witness and their partner were antifa.
It's important to reiterate, Steven Baca's attorney demanded to know the names of witness's acquaintances during the prelim hearing. A witness responded saying they feared retaliation against others. The judge said those fears were "ridiculous."
The day after Carr showed up armed to the witness's home, Michelle Malkin, a rightwing talkshow host and Holocaust denier, helped Steven Baca, who appeared on her show, raise more than $50,000 for his defense.
Baca denies affiliation with the New Mexico Civil Guard, who were also at the Oñate statue shooting. But Carr, who is charged with witness intimidation in the Baca case, claims affiliation with III%, a rightwing militia the NMCG also claims affiliation with on their website.

@abq161 reported NMCG leader's Nazi ties months ago, yet few journalists followed up on those leads. Provance has been the center of the several news stories, some sympathetic (ABQ Journal, NPR) re: his Nazi affiliations, others critical (KUNM, NMID).
The NMCG Facebook page was removed this week as part of the social media platform taking down QAnon and militia pages as well as targeting some anarchist pages — as if violent racists are equivalent to antifascists.
