Outside of South Park, I found three shows that have been a big success for Comedy Central: Brickleberry, Drawn Together and Futurama.

(thread)
3. Brickleberry, although critical reception was polarized, it got very good ratings in its demographic, being the #1 comedy series for young men ages 18-24 (which CC loves) by its second season.

Even after the show ended it got a comic series and a crossover with Paradise PD.
Due to the shows growing budget (switching from flash to traditional), the co-ownership of the show by Fox and decreasing ratings by season three, Comedy Central cut ties with the show.

The rights are currently owned by Disney, who streams it on Hulu.
2. Futurama, acquired in 2008 was a ratings success which led to CC ordering new episodes in 2009. The show brought in millions of viewers and brought in high reviews.
The fall of the show was due to, decreasing ratings, paying large licensing fees to Fox, the long and expensive animation process.

The show still airs on Comedy Central. The rights are owned by Disney who streams it on Hulu.
1. Drawn Together, became a critical and viewership success after premiering, and was adored as other hits at the time, South Park, Crank Yankers, Reno 911, etc.

After ending, the show reran on CC for years and got a direct to video film.
Despite high ratings, the show had a HUGE budget, with its 2nd and 3rd season costing the same amount as the 9th and 10th season of King of the Hill, which has a network TV budget.

CC wasn't happy with the long wait for episodes to be complete compared to other shows on CC.
The show is still a success for Comedy Central, its still available on its website and was added to CBS All Access.
These shows are the closest thing Comedy Central has to successful animated shows, even if their runs are short.

Drawn Together is Comedy Central's only IP, Futurama is owned by Disney, and Brickleberry is co-owned with Disney, with Disney owning IP and CC owning prod rights.
